All Leaders Must be Pressured to Sue for Peace” (FORSEA), An article written in Burmese by our network, Maung Zarni. “From command to conversation: Fixing Prabowo’s public communications problems” (The Jakarta Post), An Op-Ed co-authored by our network Benni Hasbiyalloh. “Filipino Migrant Workers in Penang, Malaysia: Conditions and prospects for organizing”, A new situationer by Asia Pacific Mission for Migrants (APMM). Event “Unsafe at Work: What Will It Take to Protect Migrant Workers?”, An event hosted by the International Working Group for Health Systems Strengthening (IWG) in partnership with Humanitarian Organization for Migration Economics (HOME), Transient Workers Count Too (TWC2), and North South Initiative will be held this Saturday, 26 April 2025. “Migration with Dignity in East Asia: Policy Comparison of Japan, South Korea, and Taiwan on Recruitment Fees for Migrant Workers”, A collaborative work of policy brief by Work Better Innovation (WBI) and Taiwan-Asia Exchange Foundation (TAEF) will be launched through a launching event that will be held on 28 April 2025. “We Need to Talk About the Migrant Recruitment to Taiwan: Incubating a Roadmap for Change”, A workshop hosted by New Bloom will be held on 3 May 2025 at Taipei, Taiwan. Our network, Dr. Bonny Ling, will be facilitating the event. “Regional Migrants' Summit 2025 with the theme, "Trends, Rights and Actions: Understanding migration development in Asia Pacific”, An event organized by Asia Pacific Mission for Migrants (APMM) will be held on 20-21 June 2025 in Quezon City, Philippines. Watch: Watch the news coverage and live streams of the “One Billion Rising in Taiwan” with Serve The People Association (SPA), Migrante Taiwan, GANAS, and other Taiwan-based migrant workers’ organizations. Donation: Donation call for HOME’s 20th Anniversary Fundraiser is still open to support Humanitarian Organization for Migration Economics (HOME)’s efforts in advocating the rights of Migrant Workers in Singapore.
